Delivery FAQs

Do you deliver on all days?

Yes we do delivery on all working days including Sundays and public holidays. We work on a 365 day policy.

What are your delivery charges?

We provide FREE DELIVERY for all orders more than £30.00 for Northern province Sri Lnaka

Do you deliver outside the suburb areas?

We are looking into extending our service beyond the other provinces in the coming months.

Can I add special delivery instructions?

Yes. You can add your special instructions in the checkout page box and we will try our best to make sure we fulfil your requests.

What is the earliest that my orders can be delivered in Sri Lanka?

You will need to place the order at least 24 hours prior to the date of delivery. However if an order is placed less than 24 hours, we will try our best to accommodate and fulfil this request. This might vary depending on the product availability.

Is the delivery guaranteed?

Yes definitely. We will immediately send you an email once the item has been delivered. We are looking into providing a better personal approach to this service in future.

What if you can't find the recipient's address?

You should enter the phone number of the recipient. If the address is difficult to find we will try to contact the sender so as to not break the surprise. Incase the sender is not contactable; we will then contact the recipient to get directions.

When placing the order you are required to provide the phone numbers of the recipient and the location type of the delivery address.
